Office Hours
We’re available to answer questions, schedule appointments, and help you in any way that we can during our following office hours:
Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Appointments
Since appointments are such a crucial part of your treatment, we’ve reserved your appointment time and dedicated it specifically for you. Because of this, we ask that you arrive to your appointment on time. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, we may request that you reschedule your appointment.
However, we understand that unforeseen events may occur, which is why we allow you to cancel your appointment as long as you give us a 24-hour notice. If adequate notice isn’t given, you may be subject to a $25 missed appointment fee.
Insurance
We at the practice of Dr. Christian Johnson DMD want to provide you with financial help and make sure that you maximize your insurance benefits, which is why we’ll be glad to review your insurance policy with you. Because each policy can vary, we’ll only be able to estimate your coverage in good faith; we can’t actually guarantee coverage. Please let us know if there are ever any changes to your insurance coverage.
